Return Policy

Bummer! Something didn't fit quite right, or didn't look like what you expected?! We know, it happens. We offer hassle-free returns, so you can be happy with the experience with us.

How to Make a Return

  • Returns must be received within 21 days of delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free condition, and with original tags attached.**Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee.
  • Sale items purchased at 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • At this time, we cannot accept returns on jewelry or sunglasses.
  • Original shipping fees are not-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Unless product is damaged or incorrect product was sent.

*Damaged items only are valid for full refund including shipping charges. But we must receive the return/refund request and the damaged item(s) within 7 days of delivery. Damaged items must be reported prior to use. Please make sure that the original tags are still attached for the processing of your return and refund.

How to Make an Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color or different item, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department (per above). Once we have received your return, we will issue you a store credit for the returned item; you may use the store credit to a new size or new item. We cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available when the return reaches our department.
